Solar Eyes sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for any defects in materials or workmanship. Solar Eyes will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Solar Eyes sunglasses found to be defective-exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, including lens scratching or breakage. Any alteration or modification of the original product will void the warranty.

Sunglasses returned to Solar Eyes must be accompanied by the following :

• A dated copy of the original sales receipt, and/or a copy of the warranty showing  the style number, cost and date of purchase.
• A brief note detailing the problem and how it occurred.
• Include your name, phone, email address, shipping address, and check or money order for $10.00 to cover shipping and handling.

WARRANTY AGAINST LOSS AND ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE

Solar Eyes is the only brand of premium eyewear to offer you, our customer, a warranty against the loss or accidental breakage of your glasses.

Very simply it works like this :

The warranty is for a period of five years from the original date of purchase of your SOLAR EYES glasses. There is a replacement cost of $29.00 to cover the cost of the product and shipping and handling. (This is ½ the internet retail price of $59.95)

OPTIONAL: If you wish, you can tell us how you accidentally broke your glasses. We are always curious how these things happen. We've heard some dillies over the years!

* We can’t accept credit card orders for this because of the credit card costs involved.

NOTE: Because of bank costs involved, we find that we must charge $32.00 for all NSF checks. So please make sure you have proper funds in your bank account  when you write us a check. Thank you.
